About Us

Hi!

I'm Lillian! My husband Arthur and I share a passion for the ocean and photography. Our cameras are always with us while we enjoy our journey and capture every moment. Thanks for checking out our adventures!

Sea Our Life was an easy blog name to come up with, I knew I wanted a little corner of the internet to share our excitement for the ocean and all the ways it continuous to inspire us in our everyday lives.

We live in the sunny state of Florida, in a small town between Navarre and Pensacola with our Golden Retriever Fiji. Our story began as two young adventurers seeking a professional route in the world of scuba diving. Arthur traveled from the U.K to Sydney, Australia to continue his training as a PADI Staff Instructor. I had traveled from North Carolina to Sydney to become a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer. I was living in Sydney for a few months working at Abyss Dive Centre when a handsome Englishman with red hair entered the picture, he moved into the room across from mine and the rest was history. We had the remainder of the year in Australia, we packed up his car and went on a 3 month round-trip to get to know each other...by the end of it we were engaged. Scuba Diving brought us all around the world. We continued our work in Australia on the sunshine coast where we were guides for humpback whale swims. We worked on Steve Irwin's vessel Croc One which was operated by Sunreef Mooloolaba. We traveled to England where we spent time with family then it was off to the Caribbean for our next adventure as underwater photographers and videographers in Curacao. We traveled to Florida and North Carolina for more family time before moving to Royal Caribbeans private destination, Labadee in Haiti. We spent two years living in this little oasis traveling to Italy, Switzerland, and Scotland in-between contracts and saved up for our underwater fairytale wedding in Fiji. Now here we are on the gulf coast diving into all it has to offer. You can keep up with our past and current adventures on the blog.

Thanks for swimming along with us!
